ARCOS has a well-established Expert Witness Service, taking instruction from solicitors specialising in personal injury and medical negligence and providing our specialist opinions to the Court.

We are instructed to attend Educational and Health Care Plan (EHCP) reviews and tribunals as necessary to provide reports and recommendations on the educational provision for children classed as having Special Educational Needs and disabled children.

Our prompt and comprehensive service includes assessment, report writing, recommendations, and costings.
