Online Therapy and Training
Our online mentoring service supports family members and other carers, helping them come together to share experience and expertise.
If you would like to find out more about how to start or continue your therapy and training online please contact us on 01684 576795 or email email@example.com
Our beneficiaries’ essential needs, welfare and well-being are at the heart of what we do.
Sometimes it is not possible for a person to travel to our Therapy Centre in Malvern. Our experience in COVID-19 has led to the expansion of our online therapy and training, so that clients can access support in their own homes via video-conferencing technology.
Living with Covid-19
Kay Coombes – CEO & Clinical Director at ARCOS explains the difficulties that have arisen since the onset of Covid 19 and how they are working as a charity to overcome these.
Before the crisis, we had already piloted an award-winning (Chambers of Commerce Innovation Through Technology Award and Impact of Technology on your Business-Regional Winner) way to extend, share and improve service delivery to our clients with impaired communication due to long-term neurological conditions.
This has now been expanded and is proving an efficient, popular, and cost-effective way to address unmet needs, reduce isolation and other consequences of communication disability.
Importantly it is a way of keeping critically vulnerable people, their families, and carers safe while still allowing them to continue vital training and therapy.
